Property Management Coordinator

The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Property Management staff in leasing, collections, reporting and compliance, and utilization of various software programs.

Primary responsibilities include: maintaining the Property Management website; learning and testing the OneSite Document Management to assist with goal of reducing paper use; learning other OneSite modules as directed by the Portfolio Managers; marketing vacant units in print and online format; generating reports as needed; maintaining the Tenant and Collection databases; and providing other administrative support to staff as needed. Building Monitor

REACH owned and managed projects are staffed with Building Monitor(s) who provide after-hours emergency support when management is not on duty. This position requires the employee to live on-site and work evenings, holidays and weekends.  Compensation is a tax-free, free two-bedroom apartment and hours worked over those required to earn the apartment are paid at $8.80 an hour.  In addition to the duties outlined in the job description and addendum,  it is required that the Maples Building Monitor pick up the donated food items and manages the distribution to the residents on Tuesday (10:30-11:00 am) and Saturday (10:30-11:00 am and 1:00-2:30 pm). Also the Maples Building Monitor runs bingo one night a month. This averages to 4 hours per week and is paid at minimum wage.

Reliable transportation preferred.
