REACH Turns 30!
1,000 New Homes
It’s hard to believe, but REACH is turning 30! From our modest beginnings in 1982, REACH has grown into one of the most trusted community development organizations in the state of Oregon. Turning 30 is a big milestone - and we want to celebrate! Our goal is to build a new home for REACH, and 1,000 new homes for our community (either through new construction or acquisition) by the end of 2015.
We are well on our way to achieving this ambitious goal. Construction on our new “home” has begun at Gray’s Landing In 2012, a new, permanent name will be chosen for Block 49, which will house 209 new affordable apartments, and REACH’s new headquarters!
Throughout 2012, we want to offer you lots of ways to be involved in helping us provide 1,000 more safe and affordable homes for our community:

Four Months..Four Nights…For Pubs…For REACH! Join us for FOUR McMenamins’ Friends and Family nights where 50% of all sales benefit REACH! If you’re trying to think of a date night, outing with friends or dinner with the family-REACH has you covered. We’re heading all over Portland, to some great McMenamins locations.
