Located at 7330 SE Foster Road in Portland, 73Foster will provide 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing and 42 affordable housing units for families and people with disabilities living on lower incomes.
Programming and Amenities
- On-site case management services for 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing
- Resident services for all residents, including programming, events, and resource assistance
- Food pantry for residents
- Community room for events and classes
- On-site laundry rooms on each floor
- Courtyard seating area and lobby lounge area
- High energy efficiency for low utilities
- Accessible design for people of all abilities
Rents
Permanent Supportive Housing Units will have rents that are 30% of Area Median Income. Residents will pay no more than 30% of their income with a voucher. The rent for all other units is tentative and will be disclosed at the time of leasing.
