Residents often face significant financial and social barriers, so their approach extends to building systems that support and enhance housing stability, prevent homelessness, and foster an environment where people can engage in community activities and access essential health and wellness resources.
Integrated Services and In-House Expertise
At REACH, we uniquely combine property development, management, and resident services under one roof. This integrated approach strengthens collaboration across programs, enabling us to deliver personalized, holistic support that meets the diverse needs of our residents.
Resident Service Coordinators meet on-site to provide information and referrals to a wide range of services including food assistance, health services, childcare, crisis management, and other critical services.
