- Use only one computer at a time.
- Leave cables and equipment plugged in.
- Surf safely on the web. Be sure to visit only safe internet sites.
- Be courteous to others in the lab.
- Remember to save your work or files to the cloud (i.e. OneDrive, Google, Dropbox, etc.) before you sign out. Any files stored on the computer will be deleted after signing out.
- Be sure to sign out after you are done using the computer to protect your personal information.
- Clean the computer area before leaving.

- Unauthorized access to REACH resources.
- Changing computer settings or backgrounds.
- Altering, installing, removing, or damaging computer software or hardware.
- Leaving the computer unattended while signed in.
- Saving personal login information to the computer.
- Watch for others peaking over your shoulder at your personal information.

Files on the hard drive, contents of the temporary folders and the cache, as well as the location bar on the Internet browsers, will be deleted after signing out.
