Megan O’Keefe Named as REACH’s New Director of Programs
REACH is proud to announce the appointment of Megan O’Keefe as the new Director of Programs. With over 15 years of experience in program management and a decade-long commitment to transitional housing, Megan embodies the passion and dedication that REACH stands for.
Her tenure at REACH began in 2019 as a Senior Resident Services Manager, before taking on the role of Interim Director of Programs in March 2023. Her leadership has been instrumental in managing a significant portfolio of services for the Portland metro area’s affordable housing provider, supporting 3,500 residents across several communities. In her new capacity, Megan will continue to lead the organization’s program and service teams, including Resident Services and Community Builders.

Megan’s previous roles have seen her manage teams to successfully house over 400 individuals experiencing homelessness annually and administer multiple grant budgets. Her expertise in contract and data management, coupled with her collaborative approach to inter-departmental communication, have positioned her as a respected leader and advocate for affordable housing and community services.
